Street(scape) Smart: Monterey-based architect Henry Ruhnke’s plans for a revamped downtown streetscape are based on a demographic study conducted by the firm Prizm. “We’re catering to active, middle-class people between 20 and 35 and over 50,” Ruhnke says.
