Coming Clean: Central Coast HIV/AIDS Services runs a twice-weekly syringe exchange at Dorothy’s Place in Salinas. During the 2010-2011 fiscal year, CCHAS exchanged nearly 80,000 syringes, providing clients clean supplies to help stop the spread of infectious disease.
