Victor Barbosa, 25, first came to Rancho Cielo in January 2009. Two months later, he got a DUI and was kicked out of the program. After Rancho staff gave him a “second opportunity I didn’t feel I deserved,” Barbosa graduated last year and now works on staff with Rancho’s Youth Corps program.
