This authentic Tuscan restaurant in the expansive retreat of the Hyatt Regency truly does it all: outdoor seating, fireplace, live entertainment, banquets, take-out, full bar, chef's table, wheelchair access. The list goes on. The kitchen serves up old world Italian pastas, pizzas, salads and cheeses from an entertaining open kitchen, and the dining room affords a peaceful view of the Del Monte Golf Course. Signature lunch is the Cobb salad and pappardelle pasta with mushrooms and artichoke. Dinner highlights are braised lamb shank, sirloin steak and capellini pasta. The casual atmosphere is energized by live music from the adjoining Fireplace Lounge. The fireplace and a nice bottle of wine add a soothing, romantic touch to a fine meal at this cool, warm spot.
