*Endive au Gratin*

This dish is one of our favorites. Paired with a salad, some customers enjoy Endive au Gratin as a main course. Rich and delicious, freshly boiled Belgian endive is delicately wrapped with Virginia ham, covered in a white béchamel sauce and gratinee of Gruyere cheese, and then baked in a ramekin.
