We fill a heavy stone bowl with layers of refried beans, grilled chicken, seasoned steak, Costa Azul shrimp (wrapped with bacon and cheese), strips of grilled nopales, grilled jalapeños and chorizo that’s been sauteed in a special spicy red salsa.
