Twenty-eight years ago, Dominic went back into the Domenico’s kitchen looking for something different to satisfy his hunger. Teresa, a cook from Capri, Italy, told him in her broken accent, “I will make something special for you.” She put together some baby bay shrimp, fresh tomato, black olives and green onions, and then put them in a butter-and-clam sauce over linguine. Ever since then, our Pasta Capri has become one of the most popular dishes on Monterey Bay.
