This is our Thursday “Special Salad.” We start with field-fresh, clean-water-rinsed lettuce. The diagonally chopped lettuce is tossed with grated carrot and crisp bean sprouts. Garden-fresh tomatoes and slivered scallions adorn the salad. Marinated, diced chicken is tossed with sesame seeds as well as chopped, roasted peanuts and five spices.
