Our restaurant features fish done with an Asian flair. A favorite is our black bean halibut, which uses a French cooking technique with Asian ingredients. An Alaskan halibut filet is wrapped in parchment paper with fermented Chinese black beans, ginger, scallions, mushrooms and Napa cabbage. The paper pouch is then baked in the oven; the effect is the fish is steamed with all these flavors. Served with steamed vegetables and a barbecue rice ball.
