The Restaurant at Mission Ranch serves the finest grain-fed, certified Angus beef from Omaha, Nebraska, aged 30 to 52 days. We dry-rub our rib with our secret Mission Ranch seasoning, then slow-cook it to perfection. Served three different ways, the ranch cut is 22–24 ounces bone-in, the regular cut 14–16 ounces, both served with twice-baked potato and vegetable, while our open-faced prime rib sandwich is 6–8 ounces and served on a Francese roll, topped with onion rings.
