Our Tikka lamb kabob is simply a boneless leg of lamb, hand-trimmed and marinated overnight with onions, garlic and fine spices. We roast it slowly over a bed of coals, intensifying the flavor and retaining the natural juices. The kabob is served on a bed of delicately seasoned long-grain white rice (pallaw) with a cup of lentil and split pea soup (dal). Our lamb is of the highest quality and is fresh, lean and tender, and our signature marinade accentuates its perfection.
