I would like to say that I think Sam Farr has had enough time in the Congress. He needs to be replaced and Jeff Taylor is the man to do it. I do not understand how Mr. Farr keeps getting elected time and time again and does so little to deal with the real problems Monterey County suffers from. Look at what he stands for and don't just vote the party line.
