Steve did get badly screwed by the County and the info I gleaned from oldguy49 is this: As he showed up in Villareal's courtroom and was pushed off to this visiting Judge at the last minute, was he made aware he had the right to say, NO, and reset the time??...NO...Was he notified IN ADVANCE of a change of Judges???..NO...Did the visiting Judge make him aware of his rights, AS REQUIRED, of Pro Se litigants Supreme Court rights???...NO You folks out there figure out figure out what a tangle web was woven here....Oldguy49 didn't know the NO answers, but I do..

Nuts...When you raise your right hand and take the oath of office, one swears to uphold the Constitution and the laws of our Country, not the laws of Casteneda...The law explicitly states that he cannot hold BOTH offices no matter what he wants to do...So , give up one or the other, Jose....Period....
