really??? a round-about in custom house plaza? seriously? that area is awesome how it is, a pedestrian center along the rec path feeding into downtown and the wharf. the businesses and gardens all have special character stemming from the fact that they are in a pedestrian area. bring in cars and you ruin that. if anything, just setup a more frequent (or permanent) outdoor market in the plaza. that is something that would bring in business while maintaining the character of this historic plaza!
