VIDEO: Humpback Whales Abound in Monterey Bay

Summer means barbecues, baseball and (in Monterey Bay) an armada of Humpback Whales. On a recent trip out in the Bay aboard the Monterey Whale Watch Center's Sea Wolf II with Capt. Nancy Black, the krill-loving behemoths were present in vast numbers, making for an unforgettable viewing experience. Though we missed the blue whales on this outing, seeing the large number of Humpbacks up close made the trip more than worth it.
