National Seafood Month Salute to 24 Local SeafoodWatch Partners

Maybe it's me, but I love not having to beg a server to check with the kitchen on where they get the prawns or how they snag their snapper.

Before October, also known as National Seafood Month, evaporates in a cloud of bobbing-for-apples dry ice, let's salute the peeps who belong to the non-s••• list, the two dozen local restaurants in Monterey County where you do not have to ask how they source their seafood in this overfished world of ours, because they are pure-hearted partners with Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch:
