I boggles this bloggers mind, the kind of stuff we are expected to swallow as the truth these days. If I recall correctly,(I'm fairly certain of this) every item on the menu that was discussed in this article was ALREADY on the menu. So how does Fifi's become more French than ever if nothing had actually changed from the recent past. I mean the French Onion Soup is still made with onions, a couple huge spoons of pre-made beef base and a little worchestershire sauce(that's it). That recipe is straight from the Alps Region of France if I'm not mistaken. ;-) Personally, I hope they can ride out the great improvements that were made over the last 2 years until they actually make some real changes to the menu. Until then, let's just say things haven't changed at Fifi's and save the full page for someone actually doing something with food
