At noon on Monday, January 23, Occupy Monterey had to vacate their premises at Veteran's Memorial Park in Monterey.
Despite disagreeing with the city of Monterey, Occupiers made a clean, non-violent exit from the park.
Other Occupiers wanted to stage a sit-in at noon if the police showed up, but only one car rolled by and didn't stop.
