Happy Girl Kitchen co-owners Todd and Jordan Champagne know a lot about pickling things, and that’s an understatement. The couple estimates they have turned 100,000 cucumbers per year into sweet, crunchy goodness. They do 12 varieties, from a classic sour dill to bread-and-butter pickles. The cafe also pickles other vegetables, like their popular spicy carrots. All of their produce is seasonal and sourced locally.
