Emile Norman

Emile Norman's house gets a second life, decades after the artist's death. The house was recently purchased by the Community Association of Big Sur on behalf of the newly formed Emile Norman Arts Foundation—plans for an artists’ residency program are in the works. Norman loved music and had the pipe organ seen in this photograph installed in his home. Photo courtesy of the Emile Norman Arts Foundation.
