Artist and anti-bullying advocate Paul Richmond leads sixth graders in an Art Against Bullying class at Martin Luther King Jr. School of the Arts in Seaside.
Marina-based artist Paul Richmond was in charge of creating and painting a mural inside the District 4 County Supervisor’s office in a new community room. The mural is titled “She Persisted.”
